Life goes on quietly at Torpa Nolgård. The farm is owned by a couple from the Netherlands who are tired of the squirrel wheel and instead settled in the Swedish countryside to pursue sustainable agriculture.

To share their tranquillity, they offer a small number of pitches for guests. Facilities are basic and consist of a toilet, shower, washing machine and washing up facilities. Depending on where you stand, you can also get electricity. There is no charge to stay on the farm but you can leave a small token of appreciation for your visit if you wish.

The couple who own the farm are very nice and are happy to stop for a chat with a cup of coffee in hand. By the way, we were told that we were the first Swedish visitors so we were perhaps perceived as exotic. 🙂

In the morning there was finally some sunshine so we could have breakfast overlooking the horse paddock. A really nice stop on the way to new goals.
