The big camping chain First Camp has opened a number of pitches called Camp Easy, which are smaller, simpler and cheaper than their regular campsites. As we are not interested in playgrounds and camping restaurants, this suits us perfectly.
This site is located at a convenient distance from the centre of Stockholm and also has a bus stop nearby. It's perfect if you don't want to drive around the city centre with a big motorhome. Despite being so close to the city centre, the area is quiet and peaceful and there is a beautiful walk along Lake Flaten which is a popular swimming lake in the summer.

The car park has 47 motorhome pitches, most of them with electricity, and you choose your pitch and pay conveniently from a machine at the entrance. Unfortunately, it is not possible to book in advance, but when we were here it was quiet. However, I can imagine that the place is more popular during high season.
There is a small service building on the site with fresh toilets and showers and a washing-up room. You can also fill up water and empty grey and black water here. If you want more facilities, First Camp's large campsite is just a few hundred metres away.
